A nourishing noodle broth featuring sustainable smoked haddock, marinated in delicate Earl Grey tea and smoked over alder in our Cornwall-based Seafood Kitchen. Infused with aromatic spices, our handmade fish stock imparts rich umami notes of hoisin, tamarind, star anise, and ginger to the rice noodles. Complemented by vibrant beansprouts, carrots, and broccoli, this dish delivers a burst of flavours and textures.
Hake with Sweet Potato, Coconut & Spinach Dhal
A warming fish and dhal dish, packed with diverse ingredients and outstanding flavour. Our chefs have carefully created a vibrant spice blend and cooked red lentils, roast sweet potato and baby spinach alongside creamy coconut milk, creating a beautifully satisfying dhal.
