x herring fillets cut into 2.5cm cubes
x 15ml spoon (3 tablespoons) orange juice
x 15ml spoon (4 tablespoons) sunflower oil
salt and black pepper
x 5ml spoon (1 teaspoon) soy sauce
x 15 ml spoon (1 tablespoon) honey
Preheat the grill
1. Thread the fish and fruit alternately onto skewers.
2. Mix together the marinade ingredients and pour over the kebabs. Marinate in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.
3. Grill the kebabs under a moderate heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, brushing with the excess mar occasionally, brushing with the excess marinade, if necessary.inade, if necessary.
